Mr. Hajjar is the President of ROX Management Consultants with over 18 years of consulting experience in the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia and other countries.
His experience is in turning around outdated and stagnant businesses into dynamic organizations that are lean and efficient while concentrating on increasing revenues and shareholders' equity.
Prior to joining ROX Management Consultants, Mr. Hajjar was the Managing Director of Nextmove in Saudi Arabia. He also served as a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting (later known as Accenture).
He has worked with clients from various countries (United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, etc…) and in several industries including Banking, Construction, Oil & Gas, Retail and Telecommunications, in addition to his expertise in advising on Family Governance.

Mr. Nassreddine is the Projects Director at ROX Management Consultants with more than 13 years of experience in finance, accounting and management. He has played a lead role in several industries and services including: strategic planning, restructuring and reengineering corporate policies and procedures, as well as planning, developing and implementing ERP systems.
Prior to joining ROX Management Consultants, Mr. Nassreddine was the Finance Manager for the largest Bus Transport Company in the Middle East. He has also worked as a Finance Manager for Universal Motors Agency, a leading GM dealership in the Middle East. Similarly, Mr. Nassreddine worked for companies in West Africa, Lebanon, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Eng. Shaban is the Sales and Marketing Director at ROX Management Consultants with more than 7 years of experience in the United States, Middle East and North Africa.
Mr. Shaban is specialized in improving the effectiveness of organizations in Sales, Marketing and Distribution, in addition to his expertise in Manufacturing, Quality Control, Healthcare, IT and Banking.
Prior to joining ROX Management Consultants, Eng. Shaban worked as an International Account Executive in Elster Electricity - formerly Westinghouse Electric. He also joined Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) Saudi Arabia as a Production Manager, serving customers in power and automation technologies.

Eng. Wafa Shaban is also specialized in the areas of improving the overall effectiveness of organizations in Materials Handling, Logistics and Distribution, Management Information Systems, Advanced Manufacturing Processes, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Health & Safety.
Prior to joining ROX Management Consultants, she worked at Ford Motors Company in a multitude of areas including Supply Chain Management, Logistics as well as Robotics.
+ Amal Kodeih (Research & Development Director)

Ms. Kodeih is the Research and Development Director at ROX Management Consultants with over 15 years of experience in research and teaching while working in Lebanon and the Sultanate of Oman.
Prior to joining ROX Management Consultants, she was the Assistant Expert to the National Population Policy Technical Office at the Ministry of National Economy in the Sultanate of Oman. She was responsible for producing the National Population Strategy in Oman, jointly with the United Nations Population Funds (UNFPA).
Ms. Kodeih was also a Research Assistant in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the American University of Beirut, and the MS student advisor in the department of Population Studies.
She is specialized in the fields of Population Policies and Social Statistics, as well as conducting population and market research. Her expertise resides in the areas of Social Research, Income and Expenditure surveys and Data Management.

Mr. Sheikh is a Senior Director at ROX Management Consultants with more than 30 years of diversified management experience in some of the world’s most reputed organization e.g. Merck Inc., USA, Toyota Motors, Japan, Bayer AG, Germany and Pricewaterhousecoopers.
During the span of his career, he has planned, supervised and executed corporate strategies for corporate restructuring, Private Placement, IPO strategies and Book Building, Debt financing, M & A, and Commercial Real-estate development. He worked for several industries including Retail, Real estate, Telecom and IT Distribution, Pharmaceutical, Consultancy, Assurance, ERP Technology, where he developed himself to be a strategy and implementation expert. In his role, he helped organizations which were seeking significant changes such as financial turnaround or major process restructuring.
Prior to joining ROX Management Consultants, Mr. Sheikh was working with a well-known multi-billion dollar publicly quoted retail chain of Hyper and Supermarkets and real-estate malls developer, devising and implementing various short and long-term strategies for financing through Equity and Debt arrangement from secondary and primary markets where he consistently identified opportunities for adding value and drive the creation through innovative solutions. He is also teaching in Morgan (Becker) International for CPA, CIA, CMA since 2005.
He is a Chartered Accountant Finalist, a CIS Gold Medalist, and holder of CIA, CISA & CGeIT, and CPA (Advance stage of completion) from the US. In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce & a Bachelor of Law from the University of Karachi.
+ Angelina Riachi (Creative Director)

Mrs. Riachi is the Creative Director at ROX Management Consultants. She is responsible for creating concepts, visual information design and developing corporate identities.
Prior to joining ROX Management Consultants, Mrs. Riachi was the graphic design consultant at the Lancaster Hotel in Beirut. Her experience includes concept creation, corporate identity formation and story board conceptualization.

Mr. Koningswijk is one of the co-founders of Quanteus Strategic Services providing hands-on support to companies that need to implement significant change. Prior to establishing Quanteus, he was a Partner and Practice Leader at A.T. Kearney’s Financial Institutions Practice. Before that, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) and ABN AMRO.
He has over 15 years of experience in strategy, change management, operations improvement, market entry strategy, mergers & acquisitions, organization structuring and effectiveness as well as performance management. Mr. Koningswijk holds an MA in Organizational Sociology from Leiden University.

He has joined the leader of FMCG retail business in KSA for more than five years as the Board Member and CEO of a Public company. Prior to that, he was Vice President at SCT (Government agency for Organizational Development).

Mr. Grossenbacher was the General Manager of MTMM in addition to serving as the Coordinator for Power & Water Infrastructure at the King Abdullah Economic City. He held several positions in international organizations whereby he was the CEO of Asea Brown Boveri (ABB).

He has over 25 years of business and private equity investment experience in technology, telecommunications, new media, and consumer luxury brands. In addition to his expertise in Global business intelligence activities, International business development and technology transfer, Corporate governance, Corporate finance and Private placements.
Most recently, he served as a senior policy advisor to the Saudi Ambassador to the U.S. with responsibility for outreach to the American business community, among other duties.
+ Eng. Saleh Abdullah (Construction)

Eng. Abdullah is the Design Manager at East Consulting and Engineering Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has more than 17 years of extensive experience in construction projects management working on the design and implementation of various projects for large organizations in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt, such as Universal Project For Touristic & Development Company, The International Company for Touristic & Hotel Projects and several others. His project experience includes the entire project lifecycle stages from strategic planning, concept design and construction drawings, all through to final implementation, cost and quality control as well as operational support.
Eng. Abdullah is well known for being a resourceful leader and communicator, and recognized as an effective strategic planner and problem solver in a fast growing engineering environment, working closely with international consultants such as Zaidler Roberts (Z.R.A), Marshal Macklin Monahan (3M) and Albert Shbeer (A.S.&P).
